(1) If the President summons a member to address a joint meeting of the Federal Parliament in accordance with Article 95 of the Constitution, the Secretary General shall inform the member of the date, time and place of the meeting. If it is necessary to sit, it will sit on the date set by the speaker in consultation with the chairman. (3) If a joint meeting is held according to sub-rule (2), the general secretary will inform the members of the date, time and place of the meeting.
